"Teach Two Classes Need Two Models, Teach Forty Classes Need Forty Models"

Very Greeeeaaaattt Meeting.....,,,,,,,

From the meeting I get new point of view in education, get new experiences, share new conclusion, listen experiences from friends' school assistance.

Yeah, from sharing session about experiences in school assistance we get so many additional understanding, get new point of view in making lesson plan, designing lesson plan, share solution and problems from teaching in the class....

some of my new understanding about lesson plan and designing lesson plan and some teaching strategy are :

1. Before we design a lesson plan we should observe the class which we will teach in the class. Why ? and What for ? we should know about students' personality, cognitive, skill, behavior. Because it relate with lesson plan which we want to design it.

2. We must check, do trial and error to find the best model which we use it. Because different class perhaps used the different model.

3. There are no best model for every class, but every class have each best model for their classes.

4. Make your image as your students most comfort for them selves. because if you don't it, you will don't have your identity as mathematics teacher. Not all class don't comfort with killer teacher and don't all class hate teacher class. it depends to each class.

and they are so many experiences and point of view about teaching and learning....
