At this meeting, we discussed about our school experience. All of the stories my friends we met a lot of diversity in class. And I concluded that every student has different intersect, different needs and also different way to learn. So we as a teacher candidate must be creative so that all the needs and interests of students are met by using a variety of learning methods.
Effective teaching in my opinion is when teacher to compacting activities in the classroom, create an active classroom, teachers do not give students the chance to play is not important as playing hand phone, chatting and eating, and teachers can achieve a balance between learning goals and outcomes of student achievement.
I think inspiring teacher when the teacher can share their life experiences as background education and their life's journey to become successful people. I am very inspired by all the SSE’s lecture because they are very cool educational background such as a scholarship abroad, running her double degree education. So I found a new spirit to become like them. I want to continue my study in abroad with scholarship. And we as a teacher candidate should be an inspiration to our students.
Feedback from my master teacher that we have a good level but it needs to be improved when we grasp attention from students and manage classrooms. But the feedback from our students when we give questioner that we teach too fast so I am aware that high school students have not been able to work under pressure and quickly. We like it because we have been accustomed to the atmosphere on campus fast-paced and we are afraid our lesson plans are not covered of all. But we as a good teacher candidate should be able to put myself anywhere and anytime.
