Reflection 4

In the first meeting after school experience program, we have reflection based on our master teacher feedback. It is so fun and interesting learning. There are so many things that have differences from master teacher and my perspective. The first important things that I have learn about lesson plan. As a teacher, we must know about aim of our lesson. In my mind, effective teaching is teaching that can reach the goals of a lesson. In the real classroom we also face the different students with different need, interest and learning goals. We can call diversity. It is important for the teacher when develop a lesson plan, how we can covered all of the diversity in the classroom.

First impression: sharing about teaching assistant. 


I was very sad, I can’t join in sharing session about school experience. Certainly there was many experience which shared by my friends. I just hear from some friends. There is many experience which shared, but I was very impressed about Lesson plan (especially about daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly). In TLNLAG class, Lia also asked about Lesson plan, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, what is the best? Yeah… I agree Devi’s answer, he think weekly lesson plan better than other, because if we make lesson plan every week, it can flexible, it can be adapt with student.

in my fourth meeting, I reflect how i teaching assistant at school experience. I and my friend sharing about school experience. many good experience I get from my friend.

I reflect we are next generation teacher and we do school experience I get more experience to become a teacher.

GUYS!!
im so sory because im late to posting my reflection,

in last meeting we have discuss about our experience during our teaching assistant program....
as a teacher candidate we have found many thing that would be happen when we teaching the students.
the one of important thing that we found is the important of making lesson plan before teaching the students.
we also found there are some teacher who didn't use lesson plan or thought that they don't need lesson plan.

 as a teacher candidate we must know that lesson plan is very important to the teacher to prepare what we want to teach in the class. because to make we confident about the plan that we made, so making lesson plan in not only about how we prepare our class to learning well,we also make our self confident with our abilities as a teacher.
im so happy because sse provide us to being teacher assistant, so with that all we already understand that lesson plan is very important..

Any event that would lead to improvement or things that will be ongoing and the need for a review of previous perfection is something everybody wants. That means things are done continuously even while better than the thing done in a long time but only once, like a teacher who continuously reflect together on teaching and learning activities that take place in class, either with students or fellow teachers. This also we do with our faculty, bu Lidya. Where we reflect on the experience of teaching in school together, so it will increase our knowledge about the most effective in teaching, either in a state of precarious and uncomfortable. This makes critical thinking and the exchange of ideas among students. Another thing we also learned how to use an effective method when seeing differences in the character classes and students, of course mentioned the lesson plan effectively, both which we will apply in the period, either one year, one semester, weekly or daily. It invites different perspectives among us, where opinions about the making of a weekly is very necessary, because in teaching will face obstacles, then with weekly lesson plans are very precise, there are other things that make teachers say it's too tired, because they work not only make the RPP to the decision-making period of one semester lesson plans periodically and tend flexible. Which can be adapted to the new students that will arise different characters? This is very reminiscent of my old school time, many of those who cannot master the class and we were bored with the lessons, if there is no class or the teacher did not come by then we happy not playing, because it does not meet with the teacher's boring. But not a few teachers who did not make the lesson plans but they are masters classes, especially math teacher, if not taught, then we will be restless, afraid of lagging behind other classes. It is also an interview a few days ago when I visited my old school, it would miss the teachers told me, who rarely visit after one year.
