You meet again with me :D

This reflection briefly, I will talk about discuss, reflection, and evaluation of teaching assistant in my class such as take a positive suggest from our master teacher when we conduct teaching assistant programme. From this week, I can learn and really get more knowledge from my friends' experience. I know how to be a good teacher with be an effective teacher, nice teacher, and so on.
I can know about how the way make an effective teaching, like I must know and recognize my students' characteristic, the students' learn style, and so on.

Actually, I have more things that I want to share. But I don't know why, that it just still inmy maind and my heart :p
But honestly, I want, and I will make an effective teaching and be an effective teacher in the future :D
