My Reflection
Ehmmm... teaching is interest for me. Not felt done, I have done school experience during two weeks, and I found many experience after that. In the second week I and friends do interview to mentor teacher, and ask about when she do teaching and learning in the classroom. And she tell many matter about her experience when she teaching in the classroom, she tell that we must have a self confidence when we do teaching in the classroom, and she too tell that not all teaching must to use power point, but sometimes too need a method lecturing. Because there are topics which it must to explain with use white board. And I too ask about how to assess the students, and the mentor teacher explain which we can assess the students from their activity in the class, and activity in collect their assignment.
In the meeting on the second week, which in this session I do teaching in the classroom. Teaching in the classroom I did with my friends, because in this semester I still must do teaching in a manner pair teaching. As I ever tell in the first reflection, which in my school observe, the school had completed with using nice facilities. So, it’s very help when I do teaching in the classroom.
I have a story, which it’s very interesting for me. Which it connect with a knowledge about how do teaching and learning in the classroom, which it knowledge I get from my lecturer, all my lecturer give me many inspiration about how to become a great teacher. Oke, I want to back with my experience when I do teaching and learning in the classroom. In the last time when I and my friends must to do teaching and learning in the classroom, I and my friends do disscus about planning when we do teaching and learning in the classroom, and we take decision which we combination between games and students center learning.
After done take decision, arrive moment it, which I and my friends must to do teaching and learning in the classrom. All need of materials to teaching had prepared, start of material power point, games, worksheet, excercise, and post test. And of all materials had done prepared, in the first factor which must too prepared is my rebound to do teaching in the classroom.
When I meddle in the classroom, my feel is felt little nervous. But after last minutes, my feel had not nervous. There is a event which before it happen, I had presume that when the students do games, definite it make the situation in the classroom become noisy. And suddenly, I become remember with Mrs. Nenden, which she is my lecturer in the course TLNLAG, I remember with a word from my lecturer, which it is “Class” and the students must to answer “Yes”. But I too want not same with my lecturer, so the students I order to answer “Spirit”. And apparently, the key word that, it’s very help to make the students become arranged toward instruction me. So, I want to express very well thank you toward my lecturer is Mrs. Nenden.
In the classroom, which I and my friends use method student center learning, it so make the students become more many to do excercise, in a manner individual or group. And in general, I see students, they more interest when do instruction in a manner group, whereas before it the students sometimes in using grouping. And I very like when the students do round robin when do quiz in the group, because I see they as very spirit in do it in a manner grouping. But too, I and my friends still many flaw in arrange time. So, when time is over, but the post test not do did, so I give understanding to students to disposed give their time to do post test with time a few minutes. And the students to disposed with did that instruction it.
And from my experience when I do teaching in the classroom, I get many learned. Which I must to more deeply about management classroom, because if I can not to management classroom and manner that can make the situation when I teach become not arranged. So, I have many homework to my own, which I must to many study and learn deeply with knowledge about management in the classroom, and the change it can change if I may to change. And after school experience I become comfortable with atmosphere in the school, because I can meet with my students which it instead make my feel become happy.
