Assessment in the context of Instruction
            The assessment of instruction model divide to be two kinds: those are conventional model, and standard based model. The conventional model is the model that assess between teach and move to other instruction. Below is the scheme:
Plan → Teach → Assess → move to other instruction
            On this model, assess process only the bridge from teach process to move to other instruction, without the reflect and feedback about the assessment which teacher given.
            The other of the model is standard based model. Below os the scheme:
                                   Plan → Teach → Assess
                                                            ↑             ↓
                             Reflection, Feedback, and    →   Move to other Instruction
                              Adapt to students needed    →   Provide the feedback

After teaching, teacher will give assessment to students, and from the assessment teacher will reflect and need feedback about the assessment that tetacher given. Then if the assessment not too good, the teacher will improve him assessment.
