i just have observation...in Grade X..
in this Class i have met with a teacher who very serious and make the students afraid.
the teacher is not giving permit ion to students to speak actively. because the teacher think that mathematics will be easy when the students serious. i think it is not wrong but from some students that told to me, actually they are sleepy and not like to serious and they study in under pressure so study just because of afraid.
in my opinion when SMA, if i was study so serious and didn't have any fun learning, the material will not arrive to me.
From this observation I get knowledge about teaching in senior high school. In this age they want to a freedom to do what they want to do in learning. As a teacher we can give the freedom, like giving permitted to speaking actively. But in a NOTE that still have politeness and respect between students and teacher. Teacher respect their way in learning and students also must respect the teacher and giving their politeness. I also get that as a teacher we must know when we be very serious and when we must be very kind and very friendly. All of these make good combination to be good relation between teacher and students and then make learning confidently.
