Any event that would lead to improvement or things that will be ongoing and the need for a review of previous perfection is something everybody wants. That means things are done continuously even while better than the thing done in a long time but only once, like a teacher who continuously reflect together on teaching and learning activities that take place in class, either with students or fellow teachers. This also we do with our faculty, bu Lidya. Where we reflect on the experience of teaching in school together, so it will increase our knowledge about the most effective in teaching, either in a state of precarious and uncomfortable. This makes critical thinking and the exchange of ideas among students. Another thing we also learned how to use an effective method when seeing differences in the character classes and students, of course mentioned the lesson plan effectively, both which we will apply in the period, either one year, one semester, weekly or daily. It invites different perspectives among us, where opinions about the making of a weekly is very necessary, because in teaching will face obstacles, then with weekly lesson plans are very precise, there are other things that make teachers say it's too tired, because they work not only make the RPP to the decision-making period of one semester lesson plans periodically and tend flexible. Which can be adapted to the new students that will arise different characters? This is very reminiscent of my old school time, many of those who cannot master the class and we were bored with the lessons, if there is no class or the teacher did not come by then we happy not playing, because it does not meet with the teacher's boring.
