Umi Salamah_E-Reflection 2_Math2010

I am happy, because as a student I feel appreciated and cared by my lecturer, although firstly just only remember our name. Therefore I will do that when I become a teacher. I will do the best to make my students comfortable and happy when they are near with me. Because, I think if a children or students can respond and like with the teachers, it will help  we as a teacher to teach them.
Moreover, from the introducing I can learn to more focus and become a good listener, so I can appreciate and to know  others. After that Mom Lydia show to us a video about  Tematic Learning Process in a school. So many the learning process I got from the video. I learn which is the effective or ineffective assessment in activity class from the video. After we watch it, we are group discussion about that. Starting from the opening, main activity, assessment, and closing.
OPENING and CLOSING
In opening to begin the class, we have to praying n there is a ice breaking as a spirit or closing opening.
MAIN ACTIVITY
There is so many activity that I can do, but we should know the priority activity and based on the objective. Therefore as a teacher have to prepare to teaching, but its not mean that we just stuck in that. We have to a teacher that flexible if there is a event which out of our handle, we have to can solve about that. So, we have to many learn  and lean from our or other experience.
ASSESMENT
As a teacher we have to know the effective assessment, with a activity that have meaningful, such as group discussion, games, and observation directly. Moreover the elementary school, the teacher  have to know about the elementary school characteristic. Because as a teacher, we are not only as a teacher, but as a psychology that understand about our student.

And then otherwise, we discussion to make a lesson plan and we try to a teacher, so don’t forget to see the our group performance in micro teaching ,, :D !!
